Japan's Abe to send foreign minister to Korea to seek settlement of "comfort women issue" - NHK

Japan and South Korea agreed last month to speed up negotiations to resolve the issue of comfort women, a euphemism for girls and women forced into prostitution in Japanese wartime military brothels, a feud that has been a major obstacle to better ties between the two sides.
